3.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the b939 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
3.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide complete, truthful, and current information when creating your b939 Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and valid contact details. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
3.4 KYC Verification. b939 is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity of Players, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide government-issued identification (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method. b939 may delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.
3.5 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the b939 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. b939 does not accept Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b939 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. b939 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.
4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your b939 Account, or if you suspect that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify b939 immediately by contacting [email protected]. b939 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension during the investigation period.
4.3 Account Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. b939 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts as specified in your account dashboard notifications. Players will be notified prior to any deduction being applied.
4.4 Account Closure. You may request to close your b939 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the b939 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). b939 does not charge a currency conversion fee; your balance is held and displayed in PKR at all times.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500. b939 does not impose a maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though enhanced due diligence may apply to large deposits in accordance with KYC obligations.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verification is complete, b939 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in your account dashboard. Funds are returned via the same payment channel used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible.
5.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. b939 applies a same-method withdrawal policy as an anti-money laundering control. Withdrawals will be directed to the same JazzCash number, EasyPaisa account, or bank account used for deposit. Exceptions may be made at b939's discretion upon satisfactory documentation.
Note on Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile money provider while retaining wagering activity on b939 constitutes fraud. b939 will suspend the relevant account immediately and pursue recovery through all available legal channels.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spin credits, and promotional offers made available by b939 are subject to the specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum win caps communicated at the point of offer. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered in full at the applicable requirement multiplier before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 6.3 One Bonus at a Time. Players may hold and wager only one active bonus at a time. If a deposit is made while a bonus remains active, the new deposit funds will be available separately but no additional bonus will be applied until the existing bonus is either completed or forfeited.
6.4 Abuse Prevention. b939 reserves the right to cancel, void, or recalculate bonuses in cases where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has exploited a promotion through systematic or low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine participation in normal gameplay. This includes, without limitation, hedging across outcomes in the same event.
6.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered in full within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from a Player's account without notice or compensation.
7.1 Acceptance of Wagers. All bets and wagers placed on the b939 Platform are subject to b939's applicable sports betting rules or casino game rules, which form part of these Terms and are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform. b939 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its reasonable discretion.
7.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system fault that results in an incorrect odds display, game outcome, or balance calculation, b939 reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore the relevant balances to their pre-error state. No Player shall be entitled to retain winnings arising from a demonstrable system error.
7.3 Obvious Errors in Odds. Where odds or pay tables are published at a level that is manifestly incorrect (including but not limited to typographical errors or pricing feed failures), b939 reserves the right to void affected wagers regardless of whether they have been accepted and settled in the Player's favour. b939 will notify affected Players and reverse the relevant transactions.
7.4 Bet Settlement. Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with b939's Sports Betting Rules. Settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body. Where no official result is available within thirty (30) days of the event's scheduled start, b939 may void the relevant bets and return stakes.
7.5 PSL and Cricket Markets. For Pakistan Super League and international cricket markets, b939 uses data from recognised official scoring platforms. Live in-play markets are settled as soon as possible following the conclusion of the relevant event or market outcome.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the b939 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
b939 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Pakistan and internationally in cases involving fraud, financial crime, or match-fixing. Player data may be disclosed to the relevant authorities where legally required.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any b939 Platform content without prior written authorisation from b939. Unauthorised use of b939's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b939, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings due to system downtime, third-party payment failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond b939's reasonable control.
10.2 b939's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their b939 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 b939 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While b939 makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service, it does not guarantee that the Platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits b939's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12.3 Account Termination. b939 may permanently terminate your account in cases of serious or repeated breach of these Terms. Upon termination, b939 will conduct an account review to determine whether any real-money balance is returnable to you net of any amounts owed to b939 by reason of the breach.
12.4 Platform Discontinuation. b939 reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, or significantly alter the Platform or any part thereof at any time. In such circumstances, b939 will provide reasonable advance notice and ensure that all verified real-money balances are returned to Players via their registered payment methods.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b939 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through b939's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body as specified by b939's licensing authority.
For disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction. This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of Pakistan.
